We do not collect personal Information automatically, but we may tie this information to personal information about you.  For example, we link IP addresses to personally identifiable information submitted to verify whether a visitor has opted in to receiving additional information from Leupold.

You may withdraw previously provided consent, either for personal information you provided directly to us or which is automatically collected, by sending us a request through the privacy contact form which can be found in the Contact Us section of Website.

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving credit card data exchanged with our Web Site and adopt internal procedures to safeguard personal information within our system. Other email that you may send to us may not be secure and, for that reason, we ask that you do not send confidential information to us through an unsecured email. PURCHASING FIREARMS ONLINE

It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). For that reason, firearms purchased online may be picked up at our store or shipped to an FFL (gun store) near you. We may contact and verify the FFL you select during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). The buyer is encouraged to contact the receiving FFL licensee before purchase.

 
AMMUNITION PURCHASES

You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
